Executive Director Mr Cheang Chee Leong Malaysian, aged 42 Mr Cheang was appointed to the Board of Mutiara on 29 October 2009. Mr Cheang is a qualified accountant. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from University Utara Malaysia, Malaysia and is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has extensive experience in financial management gained over 17 years whilst holding various senior positions in an audit firm and a property development company. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a public listed company involved in the supply and distribution of industrial, electrical and electronic products, where he was mainly responsible for Group Finance and Capital Management. Mr Cheang has no directorship in other public listed companies.
