Executive/Officer - Marketing

Responsibilities:
- To handle market research, external trends analysis and market surveillance of property development.
- To assist manager in execution of advertising and promotional activities.
- To assist manager in sales implementation i.e coordinating sales launch, local exhibition & road show for exhibition.
- To liaise with suppliers, media, agencies for marketing activities; solicitor and bankers on sales administration.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations.
Requirements:- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with MS Application.
- Good communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active, resourceful, be able to multi-tasks and work independently.
