Executive/Officer – Contracts (Technical Support)

Responsibilities:
  • To assist Contract Manager in preparation and implementation of project cost, procurement plan including all pre and post contract budgets, costing administration works and materials schedule.
  • To involve in calling, checking tender document, closing and evaluation of tenders including attending tenders interview and recommendation for award
  • To control and evaluate variation orders/ recommendation for approval
  • To compile, evaluate and update cost analysis and cost plan
  • To prepare Letter of Award to contractors and Letter of Appointment to consultants
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Technology
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in property related company or consulting firm
  • Familiar with MS Applications
  • Able to work independently and meet deadline schedule
